Can I personalise a mug with a name?

Yes. Our personalised mugs have a box on the product page where you add a name or special message. On the pages we checked, the box takes up to 500 characters and is optional, so you can also leave the design just as shown. Please check your spelling before you confirm your order.

How do I care for my handmade mug?

Every mug is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. Small variations in colour and finish are part of the character and charm of handmade ceramics. For best results, wash on the top shelf of the dishwasher and avoid sudden temperature changes.

What gifts can be personalised?

We personalise handmade gifts with names, dates and special messages. The range includes mugs, coasters, magnets, keyrings, T-shirts, baby cushion covers, baby bibs, baby rompers and tote bags. Some designs can also go on coasters, magnets and water bottles, so email us if you would like options.

Do you make gifts for children with unusual names?

Yes, we especially enjoy making them. We know how hard it is to find something truly personal on the shelves for a child with a unique or unusual name. Our baby cushion covers can be personalised with unique or unusual spellings, so just type the name exactly as it should appear.

How long does personalised gift delivery take in the UK?

We dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, with delivery expected within 5 working days. We usually make an order the same day or the next and send it straight away. As a small business, an order can occasionally take a little longer, and we email you if that happens. We also email you when your order leaves us.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on UK orders of £10 and over. Orders under £10 pay £2 postage. Large or heavy orders over 5kg may cost extra, so email us for a quote.

Do you ship to Scotland, Northern Ireland and overseas?

Yes to Scotland and the rest of mainland UK, which is our standard delivery area. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses cost extra, so please email us for a quote before ordering. We also ship internationally on request. We send a quote by email before you buy, you pay any customs duties, import taxes and local charges, and delivery typically takes 7 to 21 working days. Cushion inserts cannot be shipped internationally.

What if my parcel is late?

A UK parcel counts as delayed once 10 working days have passed after the expected delivery date. At that point we investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. International parcels count as delayed after 25 working days from dispatch. Email us your order number and we will help.

Can I get a refund or return a personalised gift?

Because every item is personalised or made to order, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, or we have made an error. Change of mind, wrong details supplied by the customer and postal delays are not refundable. If a return is agreed, we email instructions, and return postage is yours unless the mistake was ours. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive and check the returned item, and your bank may take extra time to show it.

Do you make gifts for clubs, teams and businesses?

Yes, we make small runs for clubs, teams and local businesses. Business merchandise such as coasters, mugs, keyrings, Christmas decorations and magnets is fully customised, and the price depends on quantity and design. Please email us for a quote before you place an order.

Where are your gifts made, and can I buy them in person?

Every gift is handmade or personalised to order in Acharn, Perthshire, Scotland. You can also find a selection in the Rob Roy Pitstop at Kenmore Bakery in Acharn, Aberfeldy. Colours and finish can vary slightly because items are handmade and screens show colour differently.

How do I pay?
